Unfortunately, not every return request submitted is legitimate, so we must ensure that customers provide evidence. This allows us to provide our clients with the best possible service. Please note that the guarantee only applies to orders made directly from the Makris webshop and not from a third-party seller (webshop or store). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Currently, we can only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment minus the initial shipping charges (also applicable if the free shipping policy was applied at checkout). In case you have not received the refund within 14 days, before contacting us, we recommend that you first check it with your bank. Finally, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase on the Makris webshop.

2. If your item arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, you need to have photos or a video, which you will attach as proof of damage.

3. You can return the item by mail or other courier services (with a mandatory tracking number), to the address we provided you in the correspondence.

4. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the package.
