If you cannot find your country in the list, please feel free to send us an email at info@makrispharm.com and we will do our best to offer you a sufficient solution.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and possible custom rules for your country. The general delivery time for most EU countries is 2-7 working days and 3-10 days for the USA. Outside these zones, delivery times may be longer due to local customs regulations. If your shipping address is outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. You must bear all such additional costs yourself. You should keep in mind that customs policies and practices vary greatly from country to country. Packaging

Each package is carefully inspected before it is handed over to our delivery partners. We expect them to deliver it to you in the same way. If there is damage to the goods during delivery and if the customer notices a reason for complaint due to manipulation during delivery, this should be reported directly to the delivery person. Unfortunately, the seller will not be able to accept complaints related to transport and delivery that are reported after the delivery has been made.
